If you do not see the size or grade of tubing listed on our web site, then ask about Hollow Bar Tubing. We can provide the tube from the bar by trepanning or boring or gun drilling. Sometimes we must offer hollow bar tubing due to heavy wall on aircraft or bearing quality requirement. Lead time on hollow bar tubing is normally 1.5 to 2 weeks. Larger quantities such as mill quantities may take a few weeks longer. Gun drilling or injector drilling 1/2 to 2 ID, max length 6'0".
Boring or trepanning 1 ID to 15 3/4 ID lengths up to 17 ft depending on the ID Requirement. On the hollow bar tubing we prefer to know the finish OD & ID and length to determine the size to offer that will finish your size.
